Founded in Taiwan in 1980, Kingmaker Group has grown from its origins in Changhua into a global footwear partner with operations across Asia. Our first major expansion took place in 1988 with the establishment of our Hong Kong office and the opening of our Zhuhai manufacturing base in Guangdong Province. In 1994, Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Limited was listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (Stock Code: 01170), strengthening our international presence and corporate governance.

 

As our production footprint expanded into Southeast Asia, we developed long-term operations in Vietnam and Cambodia. Over the years, our Vietnam team has earned recognition as one of the most experienced Vietnam footwear manufacturers, while our Cambodia facility operates as a fully equipped Cambodia shoes factory supporting diverse product categories.

 

Today, our diversified locations allow us to offer stable production capacity, flexible sourcing options, and strong support for global brands in a rapidly changing marketplace.

 

Regional Overview 

 

• Taiwan – Corporate Origin and Management Hub 

Taiwan is the birthplace of Kingmaker and remains a key center for administration, coordination, and corporate support. Established in 1980 in Changhua, it reflects our roots as a dedicated footwear manufacturer and continues to support our global operations.

 

• Hong Kong – Financial Center and Global Coordination 

Our Hong Kong office, opened in 1988, plays a central role in finance, international communication, and corporate governance. In 1994, Kingmaker Footwear Holdings Limited was publicly listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange, strengthening our global presence and operational stability.

 

• Zhuhai, China – Regional Representative Office 

Originally established as Kingmaker’s first China manufacturing base in 1988, our Zhuhai site has since transitioned into a representative office. Today, it focuses on coordination, communication, and regional liaison functions to support group operations in the Greater Bay Area.

 

• Vietnam – Leading Production for Global Brands 

Established in 2000, our Vietnam facility is located in the VSIP Industrial Park near Ho Chi Minh City. Today, it stands among the leading Vietnam footwear manufacturers, widely recognized as both a reliable Vietnam shoe manufacturer and a trusted Vietnam shoes supplier for premium outdoor, functional, and performance footwear brands.

 

• Cambodia – Strategic Manufacturing Flexibility 

Our Cambodia factory was established in 2006 in the Manhattan Special Economic Zone, Svay Rieng Province. It provides flexible and diversified production options, supporting a wide range of footwear styles to meet evolving global market needs.
